Old Time Clip Art is a collection of hard-to-find vintage images from the 1800s to 1929.  They are from turn-of-the-century advertising, magazine artwork, textbooks, calendars, and other sources.  All are in JPG format.  Depending on the original image, some are in grayscale while others are line art. Most are small and useful for general purposes. All are black and white and the resolution varies from 72 to 300 dpi.

This website provides access to 128 of the more than 1,600 images in the collection.  The entire collection is available in one, easy download.  Image quality varies and is dependant on the quality and size of the original image.
